Three weeks ago in Paris, the World Sector Leaders and World Sectors Administrators finalized the Six Year Plan. This is the plan to plant a church by the year 2000 in every nation under heaven that has a city of at least 100,000 people.

A Man For All Seasons

Since we began the Los Angeless Bulletin, I have been looking forward to this issue in particular honour to Kip McKean on his fortieth Birthday. Keeping with our theme of movie titles, “A Man for all Seasons” immediately came to mind to describe him.

To Russia With Love

Sister Act

Everywhere I looked there were new faces! That was the feeling I had at the 1994 Women’s Day on March 5 in the South Central region where 130 sisters brought 307 of their friends.

Earthquake

Gloria and I were shaken from sound sleep in the wee hours of Monday, January 17, and we knew immediately that we had just experienced our first earthquake. No one needed an alaram clock that morning.

Heaven & Earth

Cry Freedom 1

Monday our nation celebrated the birthday (January 15, 1929) of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. He was a man who devoted his life to the establishment of full citizenship rights of the poor, racially oppressed and disadvantaged in the Umited States.
